During this 60-minute visit, we review your concerns, health history, family history and current lifestyle routines around sleep, stress management, relationships, diet, and exercise. Our goal with this visit is to get to know you and identify areas to optimize your wellness and screen/prevent disease. INITIAL FOLLOW-UP VISIT (60-MINS): ↳ Your initial follow-up visit is one hour.
